ROBERTA PAUL DESIGN

With over 18 years of experience designing footwear and accessories for brands rooted in American heritage, Roberta has been the creative force behind business-driving products sold around the globe.  

 

As a central figure on the design teams of J. Crew, Ralph Lauren, The Frye Company and American Eagle Outfitters, Roberta has initiated design and product-development improvements by introducing materials, technologies and processes that improved aesthetics, quality and profitability across businesses of all price points. 

 

Roberta is a highly respected partner to manufacturers and vendors and has strong ties to many of the world's best factories in Italy, Portugal, Brazil, China and the US. She is also a strategic cross-functional collaborator and a seasoned design team manager.

In addition to her consulting business, Roberta is also the co-founder and Creative Director of the women's shoe line, Wilder.

 

Roberta lives in Tarrytown, NY with her husband and daughter.
